The 2nd International Conference on Green Energy and Mechatronics Engineering (ICGEME 2025) was successfully held online on October 25, 2025. The conference was jointly organized by Changchun University of Science and Technology, Dalian Jiaotong University, and Zhejiang University of Water Resources and Electric Power, and hosted by the School of Mechatronics Engineering of Changchun University of Science and Technology, attracting experts and scholars from numerous renowned universities, research institutions, and industry enterprises both domestically and internationally. The discussions centered around research areas such as "development and utilization of renewable energy," "energy efficiency improvement," "mechatronics," "development of new energy materials," "battery technology innovation," "optimization of energy storage systems," and "multi-energy collaborative operation," featuring distinguished keynote speakers from leading institutions including Shandong University of Science and Technology and Changchun University of Science and Technology, providing a platform for experts, researchers, and engineers in the fields of green energy and mechatronics engineering to exchange ideas. The third conference will continue the mission of previous sessions by establishing a comprehensive platform for industry-academia-research collaboration. Through the discussion of research achievements and cutting-edge technologies, it aims to broaden research perspectives, strengthen academic inquiry and dialogue, and promote the industrialization of academic outcomes.
